"People are disturbed not by things,
but by their perception of things."

About

We have all experienced stress in varying degrees.
In today's fast paced world, stress runs rampant in our daily lives.
Too many people have come to accept stress as not only a
part of their lives but as a way of life.

Not dealing with stress in healthy ways can have damaging consequences;
anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, heart problems, ulcers, immune dysfunction as well as many other degenerative diseases.

"The World Health Organization called
stress a World Wide Epidemic."

When we experience stressful situations without fully digesting them, the experiences become trapped in our bodies and minds and carried forward into the future as tension and stress. This leads to physical and emotional imbalance and "dis-ease".

What most people do not realize is that how we react to stress has
just as much of an impact on our lives as the stress itself.

For the most part, we cannot control many of our day to day circumstances.
We do, however, have complete control over how we react to them.

"Life is 10% what happens to you
and 90% how you react to what happens to you."

With the right tools, you can cultivate the ability to tackle and transform stress, allowing peace, harmony and equanimity to flow freely in your life.

The Corporate Chill Out Stress Management Programs will provide you with the tools that will help you learn to identify stress and clarify your relationship with it.

My programs offer a balanced approach to overcoming
stress and the situations that trigger the stress response.

"In a chronically stressed state, quality of life, and perhaps life itself, is at risk.
The body's capacity to heal itself is compromised either inhibiting recovery
from an existing illness or injury, or creating a new one, including
high blood pressure, ulcers, back pain, immune dysfunction,
reproductive problems & depression. These conditions add stress
of their own and the cycle continues."
